       DEBOSS Hot & Spicy Fish or Chicken

 

  1. Wash 300/350 Grams of Fish/Chicken fillets with 2 Limes
  2. Rub or sprinkle with Garlic Salt to taste (2/3 tsp)
  3. Use back of spoon to rub in 2/4 tbsp of DEBOSS Hot Sauce
  4. DONT USE YOUR HANDS!      Please wash your hands now!
  5. Allow to marinate for 2/3 hours or overnight for chicken
  6. Place under a medium/high pre-heated grill for 5 minutes
  7. Turn and Grill for another 3/5 minutes (Fish is Ready)
  8. Turn Chicken and grill for another 2/3 minutes on each side

 

       DEBOSS Mildly Spiced Chicken

 

  1. Clean 300/350 Grams of Fish fillets with 2 Limes
  2. Heat Olive Oil (2 tbsp.) in frying pan
  3. Add approx. 5/6 tbsp. and stir fry for 30 seconds
  4. Add Fish and cook for 3 minutes on each side
  5. Serve on a bed of fresh spinach tossed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lime Juice
  6. Salt and Pepper to taste
